Gala Event Raises Awareness and Funds for Martha's Cottage
Thank you to all those who attended our Gala Event to celebrate the opening of Martha's Cottage on May 5th.
The event was a great success and Martha's Cottage was launched in style. We appreciate all of our sponsors, donors and participants. Your support of Martha's Cottage and the work to end the victimization of older Mainers is inspiring.

Each year in Maine, approximately 14,000 seniors are abused (based on 5% of the population 60 years of age and older). It is projected that in five years this number will double. This does not include financial abuse or neglect.
